Based on Article 21 of Decree 145/2020/ND-CP, legal representative of a company engaging in labor subleasing activities must satisfy the followings:
- Being the business manager as regulated by the Law on Enterprises 2020.
- Having no criminal record.
- Having directly worked in or managed labor subleasing or labor supply for a continuous period of at least 3 years within a consecutive period of 5 years prior to the license application.
