According to Article 211 of the 2020 Enterprise Law, the following activities are prohibited from the dissolution:
- Concealing or dispersing assets;
- Abandoning or reducing debt claims;
- Converting unsecured debts into secured debts with the enterprise's assets;
- Entering into new contracts, except for the purpose of carrying out the dissolution of the enterprise;
- Pledging, mortgaging, donating, or leasing assets;
- Terminating the performance of valid contracts;
- Mobilizing capital in any manner.
