According to Article 12 of the Registration, Depository, and Settlement Regulations for individual corporate bonds issued with Decision 44/QD-VSD in 2023, there are provisions for 07 cases of cancellation of registration for individual corporate bonds as follows:
(1) Bonds reaching maturity;
(2) Issuing organizations repurchase all bonds before maturity;
(3) Issuing organizations exchange all bonds before maturity;
(4) Issuing organizations convert all bonds before maturity;
(5) The organization who issuing bond has its business registration certificate or establishment and operation license revoked in the specialized business fields;
(6) HNX discovers organizations that counterfeit trading registration documents or counterfeit documents for amendment of trading registration;
(7) The organization who issuing bond terminates its existence due to dissolution or bankruptcy or carries out division or separation to its business.
