What cases terminate the status of full members of the cooperative?
Based on Article 33 of the 2023 Cooperative Law, the termination of cooperative membership is regulated as follows:
- Members who have passed away or have been declared deceased by the court, missing, restricted or incapacitated in civil conduct, facing difficulties in cognition and behavior control;
- Members are organizations that cease to exist, dissolve, or go bankrupt;
- The cooperative ceases to exist, dissolve, or go bankrupt;
- Members voluntarily leave the cooperative;
- Members are expelled according to the regulations of the Charter;
- Members who do not use products or services or do not contribute labor continuously as stipulated in the Charter;
- At the time of committing to contribute sufficient capital, members do not contribute capital or contribute capital lower than the minimum capital contribution stipulated in the Charter.
